Alongside the regeneration of blocks A-D, blocks E-O are undergoing major refurbishment works at the Sutton Estate, Chelsea
The Planned Investment contract with Wates Property Services includes 11 out of the 15 blocks on the estate.
Two of these blocks are for over-55s, and another two of these have commercial units on the ground floor. These homes are being refurbished with new windows, roofs, door entry systems, lift upgrades and new kitchens and bathrooms (among other things)
