Communal Areas

During this phase, we will upgrade and improve all aspects of the shared spaces. This includes a new entry system and repairs to the outside spaces.
This milestone includes
Communal concrete repairs

Overtime any significant cracks in the concrete can allow water to corrode the steel rebar underneath. During this phase, we remove the damaged concrete before treating the rebar and then sealing the concrete above.
Communal concrete decorations

During this part of the project we will ensure the communal concrete areas remain sterile by removing any inflammable material, thus ensuring there's nothing flames can spread through.
Communal flooring

At this point we will complete a full overlay of the existing flooring bringing it back to a new standard.
Communal door system

At this stage we will install a new entrance system with Mag locks and call points to each apartment. We will install the upgraded door system and connect the call points.
Atrium roof glazing

The atrium roof glazing will be replaced, and new windows and a door will be installed to improve weather protection, insulation, and natural light.
Communal area painting

Communal area painting works are currently in progress using Euroclass B fire-rated paint to improve both the appearance and fire safety of the building. Preparation, surface repairs, and painting are being carried out in shared corridors and stairwells in accordance with health and safety requirements.
